The team directed by Javier Bárcena and Luis Zufiaur has a wide experience in so diverse fields of the architecture and interior design such as collective housing, single-family housing, office-buildings, hotels, commercial premises , industrial plants , buildings of cultural use, bank agencies. Part of these works are also the result of gained contests (Council housing (8 units) in Araia-Álava; Kiosk at Judizmendi Park in Vitoria; Youth hostel in Espejo-Álava; Council housing (22 units) in Ali-Vitoria; Kiosk at El Prado Park; Council Housing, 16 Units in Araia-Álava, Social housing, 156 units for Visesa in Salburua, Vitoria; Multiuses Sports Center in Araia-Álava).

In the field of town planning they have been rewarded in the Partial Plan East Sector of Salvatierra-Álava and in the Partial Plan for Nanclares de la Oca-Álava..

From March, 2003 the study of Architecture has implemented the system of management of quality according to UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 norm with record of company nº ER-0500/2003 that demonstrates the conformity of the quality system.
